A group of Japanese ladies meets to study the Bible in Japanese from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM each Sunday and at 9:30 AM each Wednesday.  In addition, this church hosts a Japanese minister each month.  A covered dish dinner is served followed by a worship service at which Japanese is spoken.  Our Japanese ladies gather for prayer from 6:45 PM to 7:30 PM on the third Thursday of the month.

Led by Matthew Hoshor, an active youth ministry affords many opportunities for inspiration and spiritual development, missions and ministry, Bible study and character development, recreation and other wholesome activities for young people in grades 7 - 12.  These opportunities include Sunday Night Youth Fellowship (SNYF), Wednesday Night Bible Study, mission trips, and special summer activities (e.g. Centrifuge and World Changers)

We have a strong adult choir led by David Carter,  a spirit filled praise team, Higher Calling, also led by David Carter, a Hand Bell Choir, and an instrumental ensemble.  Our "Sanctuary Choir" rehearses each Wednesday at 7:30 PM and the praise team rehearses on Sundays at 5:30 PM and Thursdays at 6:30 PM.  The Bell Choir rehearses on Sundays at 4:30 PM.

Each of our twenty-five (or so) deacons cares for a certain number of families and shepherds at least one church ministry.  The deacons also serve as role models of the Christian life and help the pastor oversee the general health and effectiveness of the church.

This church offers an Adult I Bible study and fellowship group that meets every Sunday from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM.  In addition, we support a singles’ fellowship held on the fourth Saturday night of each month, sponsored by the Atlantic Baptist Association.  This ministry is for singles of all ages.

AGELESS WONDERS

Our "Ageless Wonders" - those 55 and older - meet monthly for fellowship and ministry.

WOMEN "IN TOUCH"
